Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

This website is operated by Yes2Connect, LLC and is hosted by one or more local communities, organizations or agencies. The purpose of the site is to provide need-to-know information to users and officials in the event of a disaster. Throughout the website, you will be given choices of who can have access to the information that you enter. Employees’ direct contact information is shared with their employer. Certain business information is shared with employees. The information shared is clearly shown within the website. When an employee is removed from a business’ contact list, there is no longer any sharing of information.

The hosts of the system have access to your name, email address, and zip. Any other information, is released on your approval.

The system also invites associations and local organizations to participate by hosting forums. If you opt into a forum, that organization has access to your name, email address, and zip code. They may have access to additional information if you authorized it.

When you participate in a forum, your name and email address will appear. Your comments will be emailed and texted to anyone who has asked to be notified of new entries on that forum. You may delete your entries at any time.

The information entered by you is encrypted with a private encryption for your family or business.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
